I think this is hilarious, not because it's mexican, because it is short simple repetitive like the first one, but still has that charm to it.
Any mexican offended by this needs to get bent. He didn't do it to offend you, and He probably does think more of you than just a mexican cat.
My only issue is that after a while the music stops D:

It's hard to believe this is your first animation. It's not too bad actually. Even for a beginner. The animation itself is well executed, and the fact that it's a Parody of a trending topic all over the internet makes it just as much appealing to viewers (like me). I saw the Nyan Cat and i just knew I had to click on it. Enough rambling on, aha, Nice animation, Good music, Amazing job. 9 Stars for you my friend. (:
