Nice loops but somewhat wasteful
many users will blam this, feeling that this is a waster of their time. I personally think you should have made a compilation featuring all of your looped animations instead.

I know what you mean, and I've thought about it. But really I don't care, I'm happy with scores in the low 3's for this, and would love to get a piece blammed on newgrounds! :D

good work was entertained... but I felt the smoke abruptly stoping at the end was off along with the final pose at the end. I felt like there could have been more of a pull at the end of that last big action - a reaction, the straw of the baloon bouncing a bit perhaps and the ballon head bobbin a bit , as long with the smoke continuing rotating around and then getting sucked back. I feel that this would bost the animation of this a lot. Just a thought but, you had some real nice keys espically the baloon flying around in the air. that shit was dope along with the gradient effects ^^ Nice timing regardless and effort

simple, but kinda fun
I found myself watching it a fair few times.
Sounds, art and animation just fine. The eyes look weird when the split, but it somehow looks right. As an animator, I can't quite work out how you did this loop to make the smokey stuff fit a perfect loop!
I wouldn't change a thing.

I drew the smoke second, and worked it up frame by frame, it took a couple of goes to get it looping correctly. :)
