Could be better
While Rouge is well drawn and animated, Mephiles could have been drawn better. Also sound could have a little more variety

well for most parts mephiles have been covered no matter how hard I tryshowing him LOL given the sort of resource I have for him that's how I could draw him.
As for sounds, Im quite spoilt for that. most lines voice by them I could not even use and the sloppy sound uses bout 5 sort of sounds.
