This was pretty pointless. It showed some photo editing skills though, and the talking animations were well done.
I'm not big into politics, and I've never heard of this "Al Gore invented the internet" stuff. So I didn't get it.

That was sorta funny. It actually made Gore look like he was the greatest American ever, which is cool.
Actually, if people checked their facts (which I did after hearing Gore say this), they would learn that what Gore meant by that statement was not that he came up with the concept. What Gore DID do to get the internet started was to bring the idea to Congress to vote on, get Congress to fund it, and spearhead the whole project. So in a way, he actually is the father of the internet. If more people had checked bi-partisan facts they would have not bashed Gore for not doing something he actually did do.

Gore helped College students devise a new set of protocols for TCP/IP - which happens to be the basis for the Internet we use. I suppose there comes a time when candidates must be clearer when speaking to closed minded morons who feed on the tripe our media presents.
