1- Take screenshots using the ZSNES emulator.
2- Bring them in Photoshop and zoom in until you see big pixels. Use the Rectangular Marquee Tool to remove the unwanted pixels.
3- Save in Png format. Bring into Swish (much better than in Flash for Sprites).
