Too fast, needs a replay button instead of a loop.
The animation is cute, but it is too quick. Dialog is piled on top of itself and then it starts immediately looping. The viewer hears the whole thing three or four times while trying to decide how to vote - and it gets old fast.
Slow it down and learn how to put a replay button in. You've got promise.
It's okay
The loop got a bit annoying but that's beside the point. Perhaps a bit more story other than a guy saying he's going to wear socks and sandals and then getting shot in the face. Perhaps a bit of color. Not bad for a first flash but not really great either. I did like the syncing, some guys who have been doing flash for a long time still can't get it right. Overall, like I said not bad, keep at it and then work on some character design as you get better at it.
