Meh ^^
Being a fan of stand-up comedies(and seeing quite a lot of them) I can say this was kind of average. Watched this 2 times, had no more than 1 giggle each.
It's the way you depicted it though what made it funny though, so Imma give you a 7 :)

Very reminiscent of that show Shorties Watchin Shorties, which I enjoyed. The animation was smooth and fit the comedy very well. Keep it up! Might I recommend, if you don't mind doing some VERY adult humor, putting your talents to Lil' Jimmy Norton?

The comedy skit was just golden, and your animation to the whole thing was perfect and made it just that much better! Wow, I haven't laughed this hard in a LONG time.

Nicely done animation. The turning part could have been a little more smoother but over all it was really well done! Such as when the bear said OK, I'm a bear, etc. Anyways, Keep up the good work man.
