probably a great game but how do you play this? I get to the title screen and theres nothing to press to start the game.

As a few people have previously mentioned, no matter what your intentions or justifications are, this will be very offensive to some people.
Personally, my main objection is that the makers should really already be aware that to call a person with a physical disability a "cripple" is just unacceptable in this day and age. There is no excuse, and I question whether the makers were unaware of this and went ahead regardless.
While I have heard people with disabilities referring to themselves jokingly as cripples, this is a re-appropriation of a derogatory word previously used against them. In this way, they are transcending the negative stereotype associated with the word. All the same, this does not make it acceptable for people without a disability to begin using it again.
As for the idea itself, while I would disagree with the argument others might make, that playing such a game would encourage people to physically abuse the elderly or those with disabilities, I must bring to the attention of newgrounds and its community the lack of respect this game demonstrates towards the vulnerable.
What can be most painful to the elderly and people with disabilities is the loss of dignity and respect. It must be remembered that until recently, people with disabilities were not considered equal member of society. Therefore, the creation and promotion a game where disabled people (represented as lifeless, broken bodies) are launched from cannons towards ambulances not only strips those whom are represented of their dignity, but portrays them as helpless useless objects of ridicule.
I do not ask for this game to be banned of flagged, only that the makers take into account the objections I have raised, and consider modifying or removing the game voluntarily, out of respect.
