I always end in a draw when playing(physically impossible to win with black as white is the aggressor) as black or winning as white.

Tips:
Always choose white
Go in a corner, if the oppenent doesn't go in the middle, this is bound to work. Go into ANY open corner, the opponent will probably try to block the area in the middle, then go into another corner. You have doubled your opponent!
It's what I'd suppose an 8 is.
Quite a simple game, I played another TicTacToe game on Newgrounds a couple days back, took me around seven tries, I beat this one on my third. Considering the simpleness of the game, and rate at which I beat it I'll give it an 8.
You should, instead of giving us this basic primitive game, add a plot to it that involves tictactoe, for example people could be the checkers in a kingdom of tictactoe. I don't know be creative! The basic game won't go far unless you got a plot, storyline, or theme.
