Fun as hell but a bit buggy
This is a great game to space out too. It's not ball bashingly hard, yet the enemies still put up a fight at times. The music and visuals fit. You did good with the weapons and bosses, although some more chances for powerups during the boss battles would have been nice. It sort of reminded me of the old Phoenix app for the TI-83.
I found a bug that has placed me in limbo between two waves where nothing will spawn and shots cannot be fired. This happened in zone 5, so I'm glad you can restart at the beginning of each zone. That takes some of the pain away. There were a few other things I noticed that seemed strange, but the only repeated things were red bombs sometimes not having explosion effects and that delayed shooting feeling you get when you don't constantly hold down fire(maybe its not a bug, but it feels strange). And yes, I'm only holding one fire button down. I see you told someone that earlier.

This game is so fun but my gun will randomly "jam" and stop shooting. also can you add a quality button.

Super fun
I really love this game, the music, the simplicity, the old school vibe.
I had a problem when shooting though, I don't know if anybody else had it. Sometimes I had to hold the space bar down, sometimes I had to keep smashing it down, and sometimes the gun would randomly stop shooting when I got an upgrade, which was frustrating as hell, especially when I had a bad ass weapon and I couldn't shoot it.
Might want to look into it, but I'll keep playing regardless.
