It seemed like the only thing, the Author was counting, was the "shocking" effect. Which wasn't shocking. It was very predictable. But the animation wasn't very bad. I've seen worse.

This is actually pretty funny- short, but funny.

It's ok for something that is as simple as that but I found no joy in it. When he started to pull the hair from his eye I thought, it's going to tear out his eye! Then I looked at the rating and only and E, should of gave it some more gruesome things man.
