I dig the art style, and the voice sync was perfect
but as for voice acting and the actual punch line....
did this just come to you in a dream and some unseen force guided your hand in making this flash?
since apparently you have no clue what this crass piece of work is either

it was kinda cool not the best but it made me laugh
happened to me once
my hair is short, but somehow, i pulled an 8 inch long hair from my eye one morning. i was discusted and amazied at the same time.

I didn't laugh. So I presume it wasn't meant to be funny. I wasn't amazed, therefore I am guessing you weren't going for a quality animation. The audio was awful. Try and avoid eating the microphone (that's what I thought I heard).
However, it was original. So that's the silver lining on this particular cloud.
