Not to be a buzzkill, but all of you are really riding this guy's dick right now.
Not to say that I don't like this song, but 5/5? That's like the most perfect song in the world. I did enjoy this song, but this is nowhere near a perfect song, I'm sorry.
Much respect to BoomKitty, you are obviously a very skilled electronic musician, a title I can't give to myself, but there are a few things that are very off-putting in this song.
The beginning of the song is way too boring, and I know that it's something that can be a good thing, but the intro is too bland to be dragged on for around 40 seconds.
The buildup is my least favorite part, and the EQ is very awkward with average sound quality and distorted instruments. In fact, I would probably give this song a really low score if it weren't for...
The drop. My God, that was one of the best house song drops I've ever heard. It was a real head-banger, something I could dance too.
BoomKitty, thank your lucky stars that the drop saved your song. I enjoyed it, but I was kind of disappointed.
