a nice little gem
most animations i see that have a religious theme, go a bit overboard with the message they are trying to convey. this one to me was subtle, and beautiful (though the cross was a bit much, but desregarding that). animation was minimal but the story made up for it. the art and music gave it a plus too. i find it stupid that some people give unreasonable scores with little to no explanation. which this animation does not deserve.
though i am not saying that this is the perfect animation, as their are some things you can improve on. such as being the editing. some scenes i found confusing to follow as they would go into transition to the next scene way too quickly or when the shots are confusing.
take these this for example.
at the beginning of the flash,
the shot where the robot chick wakes up we get a long shot of her standing up from her bed to a place where it looks like the outside of her apartment, but we also see her begin to walk to what seems to be her about to fall off the edge of the apartment floor then cuts to her facing the mirror. you can clearly see her foot land on nothing but dead air, i was sure that she was gonna fall.
other than some editing problems you did great, the rest of the few editing mistakes you can find on your own. you clearly are a capable person of getting a story out efficiently using an adequate combination of art, animation and music.
