After playing XCOM this one definitely caught my interest. I'm glad that it certainly earns the coveted title of Area 51! Agreed, some of the lyrics are a tad difficult to hear but the general message is well received.
I'll be putting this up on the 8bitalliance.com podcast site as a sound suggestion. Look for it up in a week or two.

As soon as I saw the title I knew it had to be cool, then I listened to the song about a half dozen times and I've come to the conclusion that this song is fucking awesome! Possibly your most catchiest riffs, that main riff was stuck in my head for a couple days, haha. The vocals were well done, but there were some parts that were hard to hear, maybe some compression might help?
Also, the song makes a good track for a Mega Man style game, or something to do with space and aliens, good stuff mang!

demon-slayeeeer!!!!!! thanks brother, really glad you dig! yeah damn, mixing the normal vocals with the pitch modulated stuff was a real bitch, actually. a seemingly good balance would always end up drowning the low pitch stuff, which i really wanted to emphasize. so i ended up making some sacrifices, for better or for worse. might return to this later though, and make some improvements. in hindsight, working more with the compression might be a good idea. maybe i should just boost the lower parts more, and see what happens. haha.
