you forgot to mention that sushi is one of the most environmentally destructive forms of nutrition, the blue fin tuna are almost extinct, and japanese regularly kill dolphins despite this being illegal under international law. healthy is a relative term, healthy for us, bad for the ocean, the eco system, the planet...
