Got Potential
Your game is great but..... it needs some improvement on its difficulty.... its fun i can give you that, and you got a great concept on this game... ill be looking forward to seeing your future games.

Hard doesn't equal fun
The game reminded me of a sort of 'Flash Dwarf Fortress' and kept my interest for a little while, but ended up just being impossible. My first town died becuse there were no water squares. Other towns died as I struggled through learning the various options and menus, since the 'instructions' page didn't tell me many of the things I wanted to know. The music was good at first, but soon became as repetative as my 'start village, build warriors/houses, die' playstyle. Once, over half my village died off randomly, though my 2 warriors somehow lived. It would have been nice if the people menu changed to refect how many were still alive, instead of just showing 5 at all times, and other changes to the screen would be welcome. It's all well and good to tell people not to get frustrated and quit, but when victory is random at best, they're going to.

I was going for a Dwarf Fortress feel, so I'm glad you made the connection! Through my testing I never experienced random people dying, so it looks like I'll have to make it more obvious as to how everyone is dying.

I see what you did there
Okay, so this is an interesting concept. But I stopped playing the game after a few minutes because of the way you have your screens laid out. It's not very user friendly. Maybe if you made better quality buttons and chose a more appropriate layout it would be a better game. I can see the potential, but the layout kills it.
GOOD, BUT...
this game is kinda hard. you should have givien the player a couple days to get on their feet before being invaded...

It is possible to survive. Just build houses right away. Though if needed I suppose I can fix this...
