It's a Good Start

You clearly have some artistic skill, but as you mentioned in the description it needs work. Some things you can work on:

1) The controls aren't very intuitive. It's much easier to jump using space bar or the up arrow rather than reaching for "G" every time.
2) It'd be easier to go to the next level by making contact with the door, or opening it rather than having to use the mouse to click "Next Level"

If you're looking for feedback I'd suggest taking advantage of the Animation, Flash, and Programming Forums here on Newgrounds (newgrounds.com/bbs). They're always helpful, from what I've seen.

Good luck with the game, I look forward to the final result.

P.S. That song sounds familiar, I used to listen to it all the time many, many years ago. I remember it was a demo song that came with a midi or audio program. What's it called? I like it ... and miss it ... like an abducted child :( ...

Not bad, but clearly needs lots of progress

Two things to mention:

First, I agree with what was said before, the click next level thing should go. Going through the door should automatically bring you to the next level.

Secondly, make sure all of your cheese is actually accessible. There are wedges in spots too small to fit your character. Make sure the openings are wide enough to fit into.

I'm pretty sure I've seen this exact game here quite recently. I thought perhaps you had added some more levels but no. You are right, it does suck. You are not going to submit this everytime you add a tiny new feature are you?

Needs work

It needs a lot of work, I actually got stuck and had to restart twice. :P
Also I'm not too big a fan on having to use the arrow key and anything to the left of the arrow keys and mouse at same time. I feel it'd be better if you added the choice to use "w" "a" "s" or "d" as well as the arrow keys to move instead.
The "G" key also feels weird for a jump button.

Just my opinions, but it does need work. Keep at it and it'll turn out great!

Not very good

Looks bad, controls are poorly thought out, and it clips like hell. I keep getting stuck between crescent platforms I can walk passed one way but not the other.
