I've heard a lot of your songs now, you're (as you probably know) a very, very good guitar player.
I left a lot of stuff unreviewed because it reminds me too much of Dream Theater which I've grown to hate with a passion... nothing you should care about of course, just a major taste difference :)
This started out very different though, very ambienty. The harmonics set a lovely mood, then you introduce some kinda Jeff Beck-style playing, effective string pads, nice resigned piano fills, great work.
I didn't care much for the distorted part with the drums though because I felt the focus there became your virtuosity. Again, this is a taste difference, but I much prefer to hear techniques in functionality toward the composition, rather than on their own.
But hey, it's extremely well-done. Nearly flawless mastering - drums seem undermixed, but that's all - and, just to stress that, awesome playing. You're going to get far someday.

I´ve heard your guitarplaying and you really really rocks at that.
However i htink you should reconsider what things are standing out in the mix. The piano got wquite long back, while the guitar was forward all the time. Altering to show whats important at the moment throughout the song would be a good idea. When the guitar is more of a backing instrument, bring it back some.
Other than that ill have to say this is really really good stuff man! Loved it when you brought in the diste guitar. Cool as hell! Good job!!

Thanks man, I don't know if you are talking about the rhythm guitar or the lead melody??? I did notice the rhythm is pretty loud when the strummin sets in.
