Itseems...

We have a common theme here. Played this game on another site, but once again, the save didn't work. Good game, but PLZ fix teh saves.

Very good!

I played a board game very simillar to his game so I guess you took the idea of the game from it. I can't remember the name of the game but it is very simillar, if not the same.
Don't take me wrong, it doesn't mean you got 9 'cause of it :D
In fact, I like the idea of making the board game into a virtual game that is made so good.
The reason I didn't put 10 (and believe me I wanted to) is 'cause the game is very repetative. I guess you couldn't have made it diffirenet but it's still a minus.

Never the less, the game is very good. You made it very interesting and I enjoyed playing it!
Keep up the good work!

More pls

As far as gameplay is concerned, I've only tried playing as the Vet. Spamming 1-1-1, 2-1-1, 3-1-1 and 4-1-1 can get monotonous but the hidden items keep the game interesting. The graphics were pretty good but I can't tell if the zombies had any unique characteristics, other than the spitters, fat zombies, child zombies and the soldier zombies. As for the boss, we need more. It helps break the monotony, so it would be nice to see one just before every cut scene.

A good start with lots of promise

I like the original art and the dark humor in this game. The way turn-based combat is handled is also interesting, simple enough to master quickly without detracting from the game's spirit. I also like the almost Diablo-style item placement, but "special" weapons/armors might also be warranted. Though playing with a single character is okay, the fact multiple classes exist begs for a party like some other reviewers are suggesting.

The combat can get a little repetitive but you've done a pretty good job at putting in different combat options. It would be nice to have an "escape" function too, especially since the zombies can be pretty lethal close up. Though in your description you note that zombies walking through walls was intended, it seemed strange to see them burrow through concrete. Maybe you could make slightly more complex terrain rules to eat up squares of movement to approximate climbing through windows or other minor obstacles?

Overall, good game. I'd like to see the next in the series.

Very fun RPG. Zombies walking through walls look weird but I can get habituated to that, let's say they just put the walls down with their super virus +20 strength. ;)

Maybe would be a nice idea to make the searchable tiles more visible in some way, not only by passing the mouse over all the map. I'd like to be able to see them in a global look so I'm able to plan better my next moves.

Is the next chapter still in project? I hope so, I loved playing this one.
