Reviews for "Everspace"

I liked it

The graphics were great.
The movement was a little tough. As i think it should be. Shift key was a smart add.
The sound was great, seemed almost like i was lost in space. Although it seemed to fluctuate in volume sometimes.
I read that you were having some issues, and I'm sorry to hear that because i think a game like this has serious potentials.
I hope that seeing a lot of people enjoying the game encourages you to try and fix those problems some more!
It would be a perfect game with a goal of some kind.

GREAT

it was really good
music excelent
but i would love to be able to crash with the sun jejeje

Unique

Never played a game quite like this before. The background is amazing, but the planets could use more detail. Either that or a wider angle so we can view the planets as a whole.
Also it would be cool if there were some interactive elements like comets or gravity wells
Anyway, really cool idea. I love it

...

What is the point of this game? You just float arround?

I got happy when I saw the sun, I wanted it to kill me, but it doesn't do anything

Crash into the sun, Now I'm dead!!! (Like a boss...)

Great start, but needed much improvement.

This was pretty fun to play for a while, but there are a few things that you should improve upon...
1) Increase the turning speed and overall movement speed of the ship. Seriously, It was like I was trying to fly it through mud. Having a ship that's easy to manouevre would easily make this game better tenfold.
2) Make the screen bigger! I want to see every tiny bit of pixelated goodness in this virtual space, not have to squint and lean towards the screen!
3) Treat the players to some eye candy. Make the planets and stars and everything else more appealing to look at. Perhaps enlist the help of some of our talented artists from the art portal, I'm sure they'd be glad to help out.

Overall this game has a good premise, but it needs a lot of polishing to make it an experience.

unbelivable responds:

Thanks, if i make a sequel i will definitely take these suggestions into consideration.
