Secondly, it's spelt Skears, not skiers, not even skiiers...
these are strange other-worldly rotating, morphing shapes we're talking about - not people who use a a couple of planks of wood and sticks to race down a snow-covered slope.
Totally different thing.
But it's good to know that you liked the game.

I give graphics 5 becuase they are made to be simple, so they aren't bad, but not good either. No sound, no violence, no humor. All in all, a very SWEET game. I seriously think you should sell this idea to the video-game industry. I could see buying a copy of Skears and my local Walmart, under the title,"clockcrew ltm.) Good work. Can't wait for the full version and hours to skearing.

Thaks a lot for your 'professionally made Skears' comment. I'm not going to sell the idea, but hopefully it will help me in getting a job as a games designer.
That's actually the job I'm hoping for in the future. I've made a couple of games on the Yaroze and I've got a fair few ideas that I can't create just yet.

Very addictive little game !
You really shouldhave soe type of sound though ! I look forward to the full/next version because this is rather challanging and difficult once you get past level 16. Its simple and the tutorial at the begining is actually rather funny and cool. I actually quite liked the level with the spiral of purple skiers ! Very cool !

I'm going to keep sound out, if only because I want the filesize to be as low as possible.
I might be wrong, but the way I understand it is that even when I've made all 50 levels, you'll still be able to start playing the game before the later levels even start loading. However, if I had sound, that'd need to completely load before you could start playing, and this might well be a problem for modem users.

It's nice to hear that someone appreciated the 'tutorial'. I was a bit worried that no-one'd read that stuff...
I liked that level too, but it was a right bitch to do. Don't expect another level with that number of skears again.
Tell you what though... after I've finished Skears 2, I promise to make a game with sound in it. Within 2 years. :)
dude, this is actualy pretty damn cool. cant wait til the full version. make it include a lot more levels, music, and sound. :-D

Due to a change in NG's system I can now respond when I couldn't before. :) That was the only reason I didn't do so earlier.
Anyway, glad you enjoyed it. :D
It's been a while, but it had problems, then got abandoned, then the series was continued with shorter ones.
I'll try to finish Skears 2 (all-new) after I feel I've proved myself in other areas.
There will definitely be more levels. Lots more.
Music and sound is a possibility (a likelihood) but not definite. About 99% chance atm.

Nope. I've completed it, a couple of my friends have completed it, and now some people from Newgrounds have completed it! (read the reviews below...)
It is hard though... just keep trying.
Having said that, there's no level 20 yet...
