Unfortunately, I type too fast for this game and it keeps freezing up. Cool idea though.
A Different Kind of Puzzle Game
This is a really cool concept for a game; a typing test with a twist. Excellent work. My only suggestion is perhaps include more essays. Sure there is a custom essay function, but I'd personally like more variety.
Still, very well done.
Ugh, not that great.
I can average 108 words per minute. Because your game can't keep up with my pace, the game frequently just stops me even if I type correctly. It forces me to make mistakes by just stopping me even if what I typed was correct.
It also doesn't help that you don't have any space highlighted to show where you are to differentiate when you should press space or not.
Nice concept...
I'd love to see something like this for educational purposes. I've never liked typing tutors, mostly because they were terrible. People shouldn't learn by typing random letters, they should learn by typing incredibly random essays. I'm just lucky schools normally include computer class (thank god typing wasn't used everyday or i'd go crazy).
