Great game

Space Defenders is a classic game and it is great that you are trying to put a new spin on it. It reminds me of Weebl's "Inverse Shoot 'Em Up". It's a game like this where you fire at the guy who would normally fire against the enemy as you are the enemy. The best part is that the atmosphere is really good and quite chilling. The music was really cool and you were getting more into the idea of making something dark. I guess that if the aliens win, that would be pretty dark.

After awhile, there are so many enemies you have to simply dodge the bullets and not care about attacking. I mean, with so much movement you're bound to hit most of your targets. The worst things were the homing missiles or bullets or whatever. It was also cool to be able to go higher or lower, but not all the way low. This is a great tribute to a classic game.

boring game

to me this is a very boring game. It's just the same thing over and over, very repetitive. Your movement is very restricted which makes it annoying trying to dodge bazooka shots and such, and the fact that the shots look almost exactly or exactly like the stars is just very annoying.
Verdict: Boring game with 1980s graphics.

Bug

Nice game.

Got to level 8 in infinite mode and one of the dudes gltched out of range of my gun, making it impossible to kill them, since he never came into range again.

Awesome game

Fun and nostalgia inducing. However, one person got stuck on the right on the mine plane level.

In Space Invaders, if you destroyed one of the outer columns, they took longer to reach from side to side, but here, how far you can move is determined by the size of your starting wave. If more are destroyed, you can't go further and kill that "stuck" person. And that's the only reason I gave 4/5 and 9/10.
