... not bad, but I was a tad bit dissapointed. Can't u make a Shinobi animation with violence? I mean, thats what the game was great for. Fun and violence. I know u tried to introduce a humour aspect, but it didn't work for me. But then again, ur he animator, I'm the viewer. I can't possibly know what im talking about.
PS. Also, it'd help if u put it at 30fps and captured the movements correctly.

Capturing the movements correctly would make the filesize big. And one of the things I want more in my flash animations is the filesize to be small.
About the violence, maybe I'll make another Shinobi parody after I do other parodies I'm thinking about like Golden Axe or X Men.
