It's just not good.
The art was bland and mediocre at best, the voice work was laughable, and the humor was awful. I can't really think of ways to tell you how to improve other than just getting better, but at this level it's just bad.

It would be better if there was a better voice actor, and the animation was more detailed.

Good but, could have been better
