FAN-TAS-TIC!

Great game, very addictive!!! Just 1 flaw: with me talent points i didnt use didnt move along to the next level, so it was very hard to upgrade your troops in the higer levels...

No Strategy Involved

This is a good game, but there's no strategy involved in it. Certain episodes clue you in on teaming together armors & weapons, and it sounds great. But then you realize it doesn't make THAT big of a difference. What DOES make a big difference is just cranking out armor & weapons ASAP to your troops as they come available in queue, irregardless of if they match up or not. I figured this out after I was getting my ass handed to me by the computer. I was sitting back, waiting for certain armors and weapons to queue together, like captain + acid, assassin + sniper, etc. I noticed the computer was just cranking shit out as fast as it could, so I'd see lv 2 armor guys with sniper rifles, 0 armor guys with acid guns, etc. The computer was beating me, though, even though I was trying to use strategy. That's when it dawned on me that matching up things wasn't as important as just getting them out on the field. Every second you waste letting a power up sit idle is a second that it could be refreshing. So, you're wasting time and capability. I decided to put this to the test by just clicking away on power ups to drop them as they came due, irregardless of whether they matched up with an armor/weapon, or if there was a synergist available. I ended up plowing through the enemy. So, experiment aside, it just reinforced my idea that the benefits of matching certain weapons to armor are not as important as just getting the weapons and armor in play immediately. And that's disappointing, because I really wanted there to be more strategy then just clicking on things as they queued up. An assassin with a sniper rifle didn't prove to be drastically more effective than a regular (or armored) troop with a sniper rifle. There was no indication as to what "special" armor did, so wasn't sure how to team that with a weapon. You just upgrade your power ups so you can have 1 of each in play as soon as possible, then focus on updating them as they come due, and as they queue up you just click to deploy them ASAP irregardless. Not much strategy involved. But it was entertaining. And the graphics, music, etc were very good.

Very neat

Took a bit to get into, but it was quite fun and like nothing I'd ever played before!
Very nice!

Eyes..... Bleeding.... So much internet....

Great game. I love how difficult it is. Juggernauts are a fantastic concept, too, and everybody looks really badass.
