it was okay
Its nothing new or interesting, or entertaining, but it okayly done (i know okaly isnt a word). the voices were kinda outta character but the animation was okay. oh yea 1 moar thing... the sound effects when the car were screeching were... all the same repeated. <.<
I liked the art, and it was funny.
But it desperately needs some sound improvement and sync. Good job otherwise, I got a kick out of it.

Nobody could just stand on the curb after an accident that crunched the whole front end of the car. What would make it funnier is to cut to them in the hospital. "I hate you" says the kid before he dies from internal bleeding.

You had an idea and executed it with some competency. I was mildly entertained. Your lipsynch was a little off, but you can fix that.
I give you the passing grade. Keep working on it!
