Unfortunately, this is not a game.
I'm not sure whether the administration of the site or the author himself is responsible for listing this as a game, but either way I can't give it a good score as is. Sure, the animation is great, don't get me wrong. But if I wanted to watch a cartoon, I'd have ventured into the animation section.
A game should have some level of interactivity, even if there's no discernible goal or point. The only interactive element in this cartoon is the menu. But that's like saying a DVD is the same as an XBox game because it too has a menu.
I'd give it a higher score if properly categorized, but since SOMEONE chose to list this as a game, I have to rate it as a game and as such, it lacks severely.
