More people should watch vote and review works on Newgrounds instead of going to other sites just to watch the same thing. The potential of Newgrounds as "the place" to debut creative works is very great. A lot of people should just vote and review and be more critical of the works on this site.

A lot of the most memorable stories and flash games I've seen and played are in this site ("EddsWorld", "Bitey", "There she is", "Snow, Snow for Lucy", "1066", "Savage", "Tarboy", "Moolt", "Darkbase" just to name a few). The quality of some of the submissions are truly top class. You've made a point here you know.

Free Internet

As u may or may not have heard about the affairs concerning wikileaks and the arrestation of its spokesperson Julian Assange, there was a group of hackers attacking wikileaks opponents. They claim they fight for free internet and free information sharing.

Well.. the whole posting Newgrounds stuff on Youtube is exactly this. Sharing informations for free, no concern weither or not the respectiv owner will be damaged or not. Fact of a matter is, we either decide to have controlled Internet like the chinese which will end in censuring and criminal prosecution or we have free internet where we can download what we want and put anything where we want.

what do you want to do about it? You cant track down people stealing your art and posting somewhere else, mostly they dont even understand what they are doing. Digital crime is a problem nobody can really control, because most of the deliquents dont even understand the reach of their behaviour.

About the Movie itself.
Nice drawin, good message (even if it doesnt matter [see above]), little short but i think it reaches most of the people which have been confronted with this problem.

i would prefer to leave the youtubers on youtube, have you seen the comments? it's like the comments on addictinggames.com, which are full of fail. please don't advocate youtubers switching to newgrounds for flash.

I thought the flash was pretty good. I searched on youtube for "the death of newgrounds.com" and this didn't come up....that woulda been a clever surprise.
