I'll have to disagree with the whole "real" thing.
Even if these instruments were played by real people and they recorded each note, it still isn't "real". Being a sax player myself I never play the note G the same way twice. Depending on where I am coming from, which chord I am playing, where the note lies in the chord all plays a big part in the sound. That isn't even counting inflections and vibrato. This is not even close to real, try and apply your compositional techniques with real musicians rather than a computer, it would do the music scene some good. We don't need another composer writing a bunch of computerized "music".
