I like sprite animations a lot!
Seeing a black mage, on a nice animation, for the first time... That really made part of my day!
The portals are nice, too. Maybe you should do a longer animation about the portals, how is that about?

A good attempt, and its evident that, although you didnt make a very good one, you still put enough effort to make one. Very few first flashes that I've seen have been far enough along to use sprites, and have multiple scences, backgrounds, and other elements shown here. This flash is a good first try, and deserves more than the ones before me gave you credit for. Practice makes perfect, and if you keep trying, you might make a great flash eventually. :) Keep at it dude.

Hrm. A poor attempt
I am sorry to say, but...this was a rather poor attempt. The animation is sub-par, the humor is lacking (if there is any), and it looks more like a test phase than an actual flash.
This is not to deter you. If it really is a test, then continue to do flash. But only once you have gained some finesse into what you are doing should you post up your work. I look forward to any other projects you have in mind, but again, work out all the bugs and flaws you can before the next one.
