Possibly due to the sound, but that'd only make sense if you had an older computer that couldn't handle it.

fun game with upgrades, never thought a hoe could upgrade herself
maybe make it more interactive like....when you start you choose to wrap it up or not sometimes your safe other times your get AIDS/HIV maybe put some drugs in the game or like a gangbang type where you can get a shit load of money
maybe have some cops and you get busted and all your money is gone but your skill remain the same, if you have aids maybe make it so only dirty dude go for you and you wont make much, that will teach ya bitch!!
