Needs a fair bit of work, I'm afraid.
I'm not entirely sure what's going on here. I see you've used a pair of knights and a boss from Castle Crashers, as well as the sound track, along with Alien Hominid. But that's about all I understand.
Was that a chaos emerald?
Okay, never mind, onto the review. First, the animation seemed fairly inconsistent, some of it went smoother while some of it seemed rather jerky. I take it you limited the number of frames per animation sequence? Because it shows, you can generally see each still frame throughout the animation.
Next, it was very insubstantial. It was very short, especially considering the soundtrack kept playing when it was finished. No one would really sit and listen to music they could easily listen to on youtube, in Castle Crashers or probably even on iTunes (I haven't looked.)
If this was a first attempt, I apologise, but I'd have recommend working on smoothing out the animation first and foremost, then start working on making you're animations longer and begin to apply relevant sound, rather than just an overlaying piece of music.
