Inspired?
You do seem inspired. Stick animations are great thing to do, keep your hopes up. The way this is animated is much like their animations, and much better then some other stick animation. I think you have a sense for it, go for it. Can't hurt, right?
Perhaps start on a Collab or some sort. I'm sure you would become a favorite artist out of many others out there.
A test?
Is there really you need to upload a 4 second test to Newgrounds? What's this purpose of this?
The teleportation looks just fine by the way, I suggest you don't use stick figures. Also, add some blur and glow to the teleport, and a sound effect.

ok .... no sound, ugly background ,green stickman, ugly portal and WTF is up with that flower? A 5 second is not something u submit ......... not if ur new, not so u can comment u wanna be like some good stickman developers. Plus I've seen this move soooooooooooo often it's like nothing new. I gave u a 1 just because it doesn't have offensive stuff and i guess smooth fps...
Its a test, i wanted to see if it was worth continuing. im sorry it didnt live up to your expectations..The point is if i do get some good reviews from this i could move on to bigger things. this is 1 small test to see if i should pursue, thats all... thanks for the review anyway.

well.. it's fluent enough for me and other than the stick figure the graphics are good compared to other early submissions.
