Hard to rate
It's likely that you won't read this anyway considering there's 120+ other reviews before me. However, after re-watching it several times over the past few days, I couldn't resist writing a review.
If this movie's purpose is to create a simple cartoon, then you did a perfect job. It has everything that a typical episode of "Tom & Jerry" or any other cartoons of similar style would have.
I loved the animation. Despite being very basic and simple, its overall smooth while intentionally clumsy at parts perfectly reflect the style of old cartoons. There's very little content but I can't help but be captivated by the energetic movements of Mr. Woofykins. I can't help but smile while watching his tail wag and I'm just plain giddy when I watch him rub himself maniacally.
I thought the audio was acceptable. I can't imagine the voices and sound effects being improved dramatically, there are just two parts that were a bit uncomfortable for me in an otherwise smooth experience. 1) The high pitch call of the owner as he beckons for Mr. Woofykins is the main thing that makes me flinch. This is mainly due to the mediocre quality of the audio. 2) The sound effect for the Squirrel didn't synchronise very well. Maybe, find something more appropriate.
Now the humour. Back to one of my earlier statement, the humour is great, even excellent if you're judging this as an old cartoon. The simple slapstick comedy probably won't make anyone die of laughter but hey, neither did "Looney Tunes" when I was young.
Overall, very well made. Not much you need to improve on. Ironically, the fact that it's so simple and innocent makes it stand out for me among the thousands of eye-popping movies among newgrounds. I would love to see other submissions by you. Good luck and thank you for sharing this with us.

was kinda random but overall very funny
Not really that great
The animation was fine, sound just a little crackly. I quite liked the pastel-ish colours actually, another reviewer pointed out that it didn't look good but I guess that's down to personal opinion. I thought it worked just fine the way it was, would have hurt the eyes too much had it been any more full-on. Only real problem was it just wasn't really that funny, and you could tell it was trying to be funny but just not succeeding.
