Come on, even for childish cartoon humor, this didn't even get a giggle out of me. I got the joke, but the execution was just horrible. The animation was obnoxious (kudos for drawing it by hand though), the kid was annoying, the timing was awful, and since you only had one joke to spew out, there's really not much to talk about here.
You want a better idea for cartoon humor? just start watching some classic Looney Tunes or Animaniacs. Until then, this flash doesn't really deserve mention. Sorry buddy.
