Poor animation, script and culture
Animation was almost non-existant (few non-impressive motion-tweens).
Those still graphics weren't great looking (I'm guessing it was done with a filter over screen captures).
Jokes weren't funny (were there even jokes?)
And all references were shallow. By the looks of the video, we could barely tell you ever played either franchise.

Meh, Nice idea for a flash but animation was too poor.
And everything looks like a jpeg that had filters added to look like it was drawn by an artist.
Overall, I don't really know how this got on the front page...
When dialogue is all their is, it better be good.
You could have made the script a lot shorter and less unwieldy had you tidied up the dialogue from say: "So um... Yeah, so... like... Uh (Joke that falls flat)" to "So... (Joke that falls flat)". And while you may say it's meant to be awkward, there is a difference between awkward and bumbling on. The animation was limited to bobbing heads and some an inconsistently shaped oval taped to the marines mouth. The poorly rendered image from the game was the nail on the coffin from the start. This might have made it as a podcast of sorts, but not an animation. I suggest some semblance of comedic timing to get the humor across. Really this gamer argument comes down to the game with no strategy but awesome vehicles, or the game with strategic challenge but not vehicles.
Your comments about the fact that the characters say "So...like..Uh (Joke that falls flat)" doesn't make any sense. Each of the two characters only say "So...how you feeling?" once in the whole Flash and the sentence doesn't even lead to a joke. How is "So...how you feeling?" meant to be a joke? You seem to have a decent grasp on screenplay but honestly you should pay more attention to the Flash you're reviewing.

i was hoping this would be like an interview type thing with master chief sitting next to a marine from CoD. the format for the whole "versus" thing was just bad, there really wasnt much of a versus at all. this could have been really funny if it was just different characters, a different setting and different jokes......just an entirely different flash
