You have improved alot, but (yes there is a but), just a little tip for you: make sure you get the basics perfect, (e.g. walking, moving etc.) this is what seperates the good madness tributes from the pooer ones. For example, your walking effects are good, but it would look better if the character's bodies are not completely straight, but leaning back a little. And, on a minor note, you ought to have had the 133t agent standing a little closer to your protagonist, his reach seemed a bit too long :P Also, good sound and blood effects, overall a massive improvement to your work! Keep at it!
Also, I voted 4! ^^ lets hope it'll be 5 next time :D
