No magnet is that powerful, And to put an air-compressor on the car, attached to a generator would just add extra weight, And the air compressor can't handle that, let alone the car.
If the car flipped upside down, assuming you get it to SOMEHOW float, you would be screwed.
This is why perpetual motion machines can't exist with so many open variables.

well it actually already exist, in japan they have trains which run like that, but they cost billions of dollars to build. more than all the fuel you could ever buy in your life.
