Not Another Anti-Clock Movie indeed...
Animation was okay and that art was passable, but the "jokes" were terrible. Surely you could've spent more time on them. Surely.
And have you even WATCHED the Clock-Crew movies? Hell, you probably only watched Strawberry movies. Look through movies like Frogbag Gets His License and you'll learn that most clocks are capable of doing better (and funnier) flash than you are.
