Reviews for "Big Fish Eats Little Fish"

Not bad for a first game!

Wow, if this is your first game you created with out previous train... well then thats pretty awesome! I'd like to play one of your games after you get some training for sure! But keep working at it, you'll get there soon!

hey bud lil help mayb. 1. dont lose your size after ur bitten it makes the game to difficult to progress. 2. hitting the tail of a bigger fish should not kill you the sharks tails wag back and forth and hit u anywhere you lose a life makes game to difficult not to die. love the idea of multiple lives/getting more lives with worms. at least its not instant death. just make it a lil easier mayb mark it so you know what fish u can eat at what size other than that good idea just needs improvement

Great concept

I really like the concept, it reminds me of my favorite part of spore- start little and eat your way bigger! survive as a guppy and work your way up to the big boys.
Graphics were dull, no sound or music. Spiff it up a bit and you have yourself a good game in the makings!
Don't give up.

Thanks! It was my first game lol so I wasn't very experienced at the time, but yes it was very dull and I will ensure my other games are better!
Thank you very much!

Haven't I played this before?

I know this game isn't an exact rip-off. You've added some things like the life system and the fact you don't go back to square one when you die.

But there are already two other games exactly like this one on Newgrounds already that both have better mechanics than this one. The fish has no inertia, which makes the game feel stiff.

Plus, there's no music. Another minus.

In the end, it's a good start, but work on the feel, controls, music, and art. If you can make these things stronger, people will focus more on what you've added to this game that make it different.

Thank you for the review! And yes I understand where you are coming from with this game, but this was honestly the first game I had ever made, back a few years ago lol, so I didn't really know to much about what I was doing. But thanks again for the input!
