Reviews for "Zombies - Surrounded"

man oh man

ending sucks for the guy

I'm astonished

The fact that you're 14 and already making games of this caliber definitely says something about the stuff you'll be producing in the future. I liked the mix of exploration/point n' click/sniping, and the puzzles were well-crafted and challenging, but not impossible.

The voice acting was especially notable. Both D-Mac and dell did INCREDIBLE jobs with voicing the characters, and really helped create a convincing cast.

My only gripe, like many others, was the length. I understand you were under a bit of time pressure, but it'd really be great if you could make your games a little bit longer next time. Other than that, though, I thoroughly enjoyed it, and can't wait to see more from you! Excellent job!

Good start... Looking forward to the sequels...

It took me a few tries to get the zombies as they approach the house. Most zombie killing documentation indicates that shooting in the head, or separating the head from the body, is the only way to kill a zombie. When I realized I could aim for the center-of-mass, it was much easier...

MichaelJ responds:

If you minimize the screen or change the screen during a cutscene, (or if you tried to play with high quality) the sound will lag.

Or your computer sucks.

Dangerous Puzzles...

I liked it a lot, and have played much worse games in my day. It was a bit short, but since an item-based point-and-click, that was a good thing for me.

SPOILER ALERT:
My only problem was with the arbitrary nature of the last puzzle... breaking a window... you don't need an axe to do that. you could use the wood from the bed, you could throw the axe head, you could wrap your t-shirt around your fist... if you wanted to use an axe, cut down the door. Anything can bust a window out.

Again, though... great game! I hope you make more.
