LOL
Fun little game. Really rough around the edges, but nonetheless, a good 1/2-1 hour spent. It's definitely an interesting idea, and the puzzles can get pretty challenging, especially when you have to factor in timing. But what's up with level 30? You have to wait like 25 seconds in order to complete the level. Besides that and the hilarious typos, I haven't encountered any glaring flaws.

Great Game
I loved it, unlike Mr. Hard to Please underneath me. So the birds get justice by sinking more ships and leaking more oil into the sea, erm.....okay.
Not a good grasp of gameplay.
First off, I'd like to say that I liked the game mechanics, the specials (I laughed at the whale.), and the game overall. But this game generally lacks an appreciation for the player, and how one plays the game. The best example I can think of is that, on level 30, you have to wait around 25 seconds for the cloud to get into an appropriate place for you to drop the wheel. Since this game is trial and error, this becomes a burden.
Also, I thought that one of the boat names was sort of a lol. "Murderers Murder"? That's sort of... Redundant.
Other than a few kinks, it was a good game.
