One major flaw in difficulty.
This game expects you to, with no training, shoot enemies and aim the gun with the same buttons. That means it's very hard to focus on killing cats and collecting corpses and items. To solve this, you should seperate the fire buttons and collect buttons. Firing with a d and space, collection with the mouse, say. It's easy for you because you've played it a huge amount. It's not easy for most, because you're expecting us to pick up a poor control scheme in the short time we play a flash game.
the ability to make constant fire turrets that could take some heat off you would help too.
