Lol if you are really 12 years old this is pretty legit, certainly not bad for the first animation. Personal opinion make up some original characters (not sure if you made up the stick guy with the cape but he looked pretty sweet so i would go with that).

Ya I suck at flash too XD im 14 and I started not too long ago. I would suggest famking the outlines of the characters thinner and the frame pers second faster.
