The gameplay is smooth, and more importantly fun as hell. It's gruesome and gorey, and I totally noticed the references in the early level names. Very nice.

Loved it totally gory and awesome! Loved the upgrades and how it made your car look great near the end. Though one small draw back, if you have glass on your car and you shoot a zombie off, you end up damaging the glass so you have to break it. Other than that Nice Game.
Update: 8-6-22 So, I don't know if it's been this long since I played, but I remember being able to see the entire windshield while driving, but now I only see half. the game still plays the same, but the PoV is severely restrictive.

Love this game so much. On low quality it runs smoother then a baby's bottom, but I won't count that against it. Totally hard to beat even on the beginner level, but insanely ADDICTIVE. I just keep coming back for more carnage and zombie killing.
