Almost! ...but not quite
Kudos for nice, clean animation, but the plot (?) wasn't really there. Some build-up to the "punchline" would be a good start.

Decent
Although I totally agree with your punchline, it needed more. It quickly jumped into the game, not too noticeable, then it quickly went through the game with some funny comments, pretty good, but then immediately kicks the guy after he says "Justin Bieber", i would have made the game take a second to take it in, react, then say something along the lines of "Justin Bieber, Really? JUSTIN BIEBER?!?" then kick him in the face, but in the end it's your animation and it wasn't bad

SO MUCH POTENTIAL!!! The greatest and most powerful tool in animation is your timing. The 'back flip kick' was totally unnecessary, more so there was no sound or emotion. That was you main punch line so next time something like that happens do this:
"Justin Beiber"
*guy gets immediate angry face* half a second later punches the friend*
*Dragon Ball Z power sound* or something
Of coarse this is only a suggestion. You're going to have to make up your own god damn mind if you're going to accept what I have to tell you or not. :)
