I closed my eyes about half way through. The flash was actually better with my eyes closed.
Could use some work.
I think as faras shorts go this is actually pretty good. But since you looped some animation for the majority of the animation I have to take away some score here.
The sound quality was acceptable. You did a pretty good "batman" voice.
The animation could be fluid and more varied, you could of easily added some cartoon effects or perhaps a cartoony fall into the ground.

He's the god damned Batman...
How could this be fucked up? Batman doesn't fly using super powers, he uses the batjet (he really has one), and he leaps from building to building using a grappling hook. He would also not be out in daylight, and he's not fat. YOU DIDN'T EVEN DRAW ARMS! The real issue with batman is actually this: where does he keep all the stuff that doesn't fit in the belt? You didn't animate his mouth when he was falling, witch was actually a boring to look at loop, and the humor was really quite repetitive.
