Wonderful animation!

This really looks like something that should be at a film festival as a short film as it is good. My only complaint is that it was weird how the crow was not flying away from the monster. This was still a very cute story because you could just notice how adorable it was. I like the great range of detail that was shown with the background and everything. I almost thought that weird monster at the beginning was supposed to be a scarecrow. BTW, the title onscreen in "Scarecrow", not "Scarecrows".

scarecrow was take I think when this was put up and scarecrow makes more sense. You were right the first time as they are both scarecrows but it doesn't matter to me really as long as he reads as a scary monster threat thing and the crow doesn't fly away because he was the one hurt in the beginning, which is also why he lands there in the first place. I realize this is a bit vague and that is my failing in this film. Aw well, bigger and better things.

Love the originality

I cant say expert comments and give advice like those other guys but i am a brother to a concept artists so i know some good character designs when i see them and i like yours alot, plus im just a sucker for lil scarecrows and what not ha so good job! cant wait for your next animation :D
